Only the following individuals may attend the clinics listed below:
  D4 q0 v) H& s' ]2 [·         Individuals under the age of 65 who have underlying medical conditions;
7 ^8 B: e& I( f, K·         Children between six (6) months and less than five (5) years of age;
6 a6 B- m. v/ v* X" o·         Household members of children under the age of six (6) months;
·         Household members of individuals with compromised immune systems;
·         Pregnant women with underlying medical conditions or healthy women over 20 weeks of pregnancy;
·         Health care workers.
Please do not attend any of these clinics if you are currently ill with fever or respiratory symptoms.
