的确，TFSA受到政府监管，ING方面取得话比较快，可以立即转到ISA，然后转到linked chequing account（1-2天）.
其他政府关于TFSA的规定都是一样，所有银行都要执行。

一般GIC，股票、基金很多都是不能随便转的，每个银行都是这样的。一般只做Saving的话，都是可以马上取钱的。不过一般取出来之后，是不能再存回去的。利息的话，不算在$5000 里面的。所以，一般都不太会取那$5000，因为可以避税的嘛。！
