我公寓3月份就到期了.

+ m+ ]3 E9 {- v* S0 F  O因為這公寓是不能養狗的 我卻偷偷養了小狗. 上次manager上來檢查房子的時候很生氣 看到了大廳上都是狗狗尿尿的痕跡（每次我發現狗狗小便都立刻清理, 還是會留下很淺黃色的痕跡)

上次我請地毯公司的人上來清潔完下樓打算讓Manager看看 她直接說不去 她說一定要整個換掉價錢還是2500加.

; j! U, [, S4 ~* }+ q- \極力需要換過地毯的朋友過點經驗 我該自己去找地毯公司整個客廳的地毯都換掉還是付那坑爹的2500.

违反公寓条例在先只能认了，看看有没办法和manager好好商量一下价钱吧。
9 N4 F$ R5 L0 z. d# U" ]找公司报个价，目前伦敦还没有华人是做地毯方面的，老外人工非常高，小生意还不乐意接。

just ｇｏ　ａｎｄ　get the job done but you have to check with your manager permit before to replace the carpet by your own cost. otherwise, just pay $2,500.00. I believe that the price should be negotiable but again it is up to your guys.
