* g% L; K( P( W( [3 r3 a# N0 t- Ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
3 f% [. T' @/ V- Create test plans and ensure quality assurance (QA) procedures are implemented; engaging in and/or managing alpha/beta testing for digital projects
& R% B! T0 O3 F% Q8 A0 r9 \, O- Manage project administration, ( f' [3 P4 e) Z( H
- Communicate changes in scope throughout project lifespan to stakeholders in a timely fashion& V0 T1 N4 o# H9 s
- Provide clear instructions and feedback to counterparts in creative services, editorial, and technical teams( L) @3 @- j4 m# |. ] O, m
- Budget and scope new projects of varying size and scope
& \2 b5 j& R g$ r. F, y5 I- Monitor scope and communicate changes to project stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track financially7 ~, R- n- p( `* k$ L" y2 x; H( Z
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues n4 C1 k+ g7 q- z. A
