Only the following individuals may attend the clinics listed below:
& U$ j! [/ [% h! [3 |·         Individuals under the age of 65 who have underlying medical conditions;
·         Children between six (6) months and less than five (5) years of age;
; P) V# W' F7 u# B: a# h6 \·         Household members of children under the age of six (6) months;
·         Household members of individuals with compromised immune systems;
·         Pregnant women with underlying medical conditions or healthy women over 20 weeks of pregnancy;
·         Health care workers.
Please do not attend any of these clinics if you are currently ill with fever or respiratory symptoms.
